DESIGN ◆ BUILD ◆ RESCUE ◆ SUPPORT
WHAT I ACTUALLY DO.
I build websites around the business they belong to. Not whatever template happens to be fashionable. Not whatever every other website in your industry is doing. And definitely not beige for the sake of looking “professional”.
Your website should look like it belongs to YOU.
STARTING WITH THE ACTUAL BUSINESS
DESIGN with a point.
Before anything gets built, the website needs to know what the hell it is trying to say. That means understanding the business, the audience, the personality and what someone should actually do when they land on the site.
Colours, typography, mood and personality that fit the business.
What needs to exist, what goes where and why.
Making it obvious where people go next instead of making them guess.
Making the website actually feel like the people behind it.
THEN WE MAKE THE THING WORK
BUILD properly.
Once the design is sorted, I turn it into a working website that behaves properly across desktop, tablet and mobile. Pretty is lovely. Pretty that actually works is better.
“It should look good. It should work. Preferably at the same bloody time.”
YOUR WEBSITE ISN'T DEAD
WEBSITE rescue.
Sometimes the business is absolutely fine and the website is the bit letting the side down. Maybe it is outdated. Maybe it was built years ago and nobody has touched it since. Maybe it technically works but has the personality of a tax form. That's fixable.
Cluttered, dated, confusing, generic or just not doing the business justice.
Clearer structure, stronger identity and a website that finally fits.
BECAUSE LAUNCH ISN'T THE END
ONGOING support.
Websites change because businesses change. You might need wording updated, pages added, images changed or help when something decides to behave like an absolute dickhead for no obvious reason.
IMPORTANT BIT
WHAT YOU'RE PAYING me for.
MY WORK
Design, build, website rescue, agreed revisions and support according to the package or quote.
THIRD-PARTY COSTS
Domains, hosting, premium apps, business email, ecommerce fees, booking software and other subscriptions are separate unless specifically agreed.
Wherever possible, third-party services should live in your own account and your own name. Because nobody needs me becoming the reluctant middlewoman for seventeen monthly subscriptions. 😂
GOT SOMETHING IN MIND?
LET'S MAKE IT ACTUALLY GOOD.
New build, rebuild, rescue mission or something you haven't quite worked out yet.
