NEED TO WORK TO A BUDGET?
I'll always recommend the version of your website that I genuinely think best fits your brief. But if that sits outside your current budget, that doesn't automatically mean the project is dead. We can look at what you actually need right now and find a more affordable route — whether that's fewer pages, simpler functionality or splitting the project into phases.
I'll always be clear about what's included, what's being left out and what can be added later. Cheaper means a smaller scope — not the same work quietly squeezed into a smaller price.
WEBSITE CURRENTLY A BIT TRAGIC?
Sometimes you don't need a completely new website. You need somebody to look at the one you've already got, work out what the hell went wrong and make it considerably less painful. Rescue pricing depends on the size of the existing site, what needs changing and whether we're repairing, redesigning or rebuilding parts of it.
DOESN'T FIT A PACKAGE?
Ecommerce, memberships, large content-heavy websites, unusual functionality and specialist builds get a custom quote based on what they actually need.

Ideal if you only need the occasional update, tweak or bit of help. No subscription required.
Up to 90 minutes of minor website updates and content changes each month. Unused time does not roll over.

HOW PAYMENT WORKS
A 40% non-refundable booking payment secures your project slot and allows work to begin.
The project moves through the agreed design and structure stage.
Once the main design direction is approved, the second 30% payment becomes due.
The final 30% balance is paid before the website is launched, transferred or handed over.
Standard invoices are due within 7 days.
HOW DO I ACTUALLY PAY YOU?
Payment details are provided directly when your invoice or payment request is issued. Bank transfer is accepted, with other payment methods available where agreed.

The agreed design, build, rescue, revisions and support included in your quote.
Hosting, domains, premium apps, business email, booking systems, ecommerce platforms, paid assets, transaction fees and other subscriptions.
Wherever practical, third-party services should be set up in your own name, under your own account and paid directly by you. That means you stay in control of your website services instead of depending on me forever just to renew your bloody domain. 😂
PLEASE DON'T DISAPPEAR 😂
If a project is delayed for more than 30 days because content, feedback or approvals haven't been supplied, it may be paused and moved out of the active schedule. Restarting a paused project may carry a £100 reactivation fee because I have to fit the project back into the workload.

No, unless your quote specifically says otherwise. Hosting, domains and other ongoing third-party services are normally paid separately by you.
Your agreed project scope has an agreed price. If you later request additional pages, functionality or work, I'll tell you the cost before doing it.
Nope. Standard website projects use a 40% / 30% / 30% payment structure.
Standard custom website projects include two rounds of design revisions. Changes outside the agreed scope are charged separately.
