SMALL BUSINESSES
Businesses that need a proper online presence without pretending they're a multinational corporation.
LET'S TALK
→
SMALL BUSINESS ◆ PERSONAL BRANDS ◆ PEOPLE WITH SOMETHING TO SAY
Businesses that want a website that actually feels like them. That's basically it. You don't need a giant company. You don't need a perfectly polished brand. And you definitely don't need to know what CSS means.
That's my problem. Not yours. 😂
MY KIND OF PEOPLE
Businesses that need a proper online presence without pretending they're a multinational corporation.
Coaches, creatives, consultants and anyone whose personality is part of what they're selling.
Groups, organisations and communities that need useful information without looking institutional.
Good businesses currently being represented by websites that look like they gave up years ago.
THE IMPORTANT BIT
◆ You want something that looks like your business, not somebody else's.
◆ You're happy to have an actual conversation about what the website needs.
◆ You'd rather be clear and useful than painfully corporate.
◆ You want somebody to tell you when an idea doesn't make sense instead of nodding politely.
◆ You appreciate personality, but still want the bloody thing to work.
ALSO IMPORTANT
Inspiration is normal. Cloning somebody else's business is not the assignment.
Good work takes actual time. I'm fast when I can be, but I don't manufacture websites via panic.
I can do the website work. I cannot psychically download your business from your forehead.
I mean... the business name really did try to warn you.
AND APPARENTLY I SHOULD INTRODUCE MYSELF
I build websites by looking at the business first and the website second.
I'm interested in how things work, why people get confused, where information should live and how a website can have personality without becoming impossible to use.
I don't particularly care whether your business is financial planning, gaming, coaching, community support or something completely different.
What interests me is figuring out what YOUR version of the website should be.
And making them look considerably less boring while I'm at it.
HOW THIS ACTUALLY WORKS
What you need, what you've already got and what is currently doing your head in.
Pages, layout, visual direction, content priorities and what actually belongs where.
Design becomes functioning website. Feedback happens. Things get refined.
Your website launches, and I don't immediately vanish into the wilderness.
THE SHORT VERSION
That's fixable. No giant agency performance. No template conveyor belt. No pretending every business needs to look the same.
SOUND LIKE YOUR KIND OF THING?
